Cathy’s movements are designed to be taken out of the studio and into the home... with or without a Pole. These Fit-Tips can easily be performed against a mirror, wall, or other surface to achieve the same benefits.  Cathy’s classes are not for those looking to learn a striptease, but rather for the woman looking to have a challenging workout and still feel sexy while doing it!
